KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take support requests from our clients and their staff (end users) via telephone, email and support ticketing system in a courteous and helpful manner
- Troubleshoot issues with (but not limited to) Windows & Mac OS, Office365, Full Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook email/exchange, ActiveSync, Printers, Network connectivity, Back ups and restore, Server monitoring, File access and permissions, Voip phone systems, Desktop and Laptop support requests
- Antivirus installation and monitoring
- Use diagnostic utilities to help with troubleshooting
- Domain & DNS registration and management
- Record all support requests and work carried out on the ConnectWise Support Ticketing system
- Prioritize support requests – resolve as quickly as possible.
- Escalate support tickets to Perth based technician for onsite visit where remote support is not sufficient.
- Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, forums and FAQs on the internet to assist in problem solving. (Google is your friend)
Skills/Qualifications
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- Microsoft Certified Professional
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
- Fluent in English both oral and written and
- Bright, friendly and courteous
Will be an advantage if you have the following:
- CompTIA Server+
- CompTIA Cloud+
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert
- Connect-wise
